Features:  Bake-apple (Cloudberry) Blast Powder* is a low growing berry that thrives in the open acidic wetlands, marshes and bogs of Newfoundland and Labrador.  First appearing what looks like a red raspberry they ripen into a bright golden amber color with a slightly tart flavor unique and indescribable to the palet.

The bake apple (cloudberry) has a high anti-oxidant and is very rich in vitamin C with a high benzoic acid content which acts as a natural preservative in foods. Re-sealable packaging.
