I.C. Spa Products was formed in 2005 and is located in St. John’s, NL, Canada. Lee-Ann Fleming and Darlene McCarthy started the company because they saw an opportunity to service the growing spas niche market especially, the destination/medi-spa/resort spa market.

Leann (Legrow) Flemming
Co-Owner
Lee-Ann was born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. She is I.C. Spa Products Owner/ Educational Director, and is also a spa industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience in the esthetics field as an educator, business owner and esthetician.
Lee-Ann developed the curriculum and instructed the first successful nine month esthetic program for a private college in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador in 1998. In 2016 Lee-Ann became the first certified Oncology Esthetician in Newfoundland and Labrador receiving an honours certificate from OTI (Oncology Training Institute).
Lee-Ann’s love of teaching and meticulous protocol preparations for the Ossetra® brand sets I.C. Spa Products (Ossetra ®) apart from other natural skin care brands. Lee-Ann resides in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador with her husband Michael.
Darlene McCarthy
Co-Owner
Darlene was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland and began her career early in the beauty business; her mother Norma Mercer was the lead Make up Artist for CBC Studio in St. John’s. Darlene pursued a career in Hair Styling, Aesthetics and Business and opened her own salon and spa, Always Hair and Toning in 1987. Darlene achieved advanced standing in Make up Artistry, Coloring and Salon Management and has Instructed & Demonstrated at Academy Canada, St. John's in both Aesthetics and Hair styling.
Her passion and skills in natural skincare formulations and development coupled with her love for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador natural resources such as Iceberg water contributed greatly to the origin of I.C. Spa Products Inc. Darlene has other business interests with her husband in the Film, Service and Construction industries including Interior and Architectural Design which has provided invaluable insight into I.C. Spa’s global growth.
Darlene is currently President/Operations Director for Iceberg Cosmeceutical Spa Products Inc. and the proud mother of 3 beautiful children.
Melissa McCarthy
General Manager
Melissa has been working with I.C.Spa since 2015. She has a wealth of product knowledge and has been heavily involved in growing the business since that time.
Melissa adds structure and ensures stability throughout all aspects of the business. Please contact Melissa for inquiries and/or requests for information of our Ossetra brand.
